Registration Policy
Welcome to Black Leopards Academy. This Registration Policy outlines the terms and conditions for registering with our football academy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration Process
The registration process consists of the following steps:
- Complete the online registration form with all required information
- Provide accurate personal, medical, and football experience details
- Submit payment information for the registration fee and monthly training fees
- Review and agree to our Terms and Conditions
- Submit the completed application
2. Required Information
To register with Black Leopards Academy, you must provide:
- Player's full name, date of birth, and physical address
- School information and contact details
- Parent/guardian contact information (at least one primary contact)
- Medical history and any special conditions
- Football experience and background
- Payment information for fees
3. Fees and Payment
The following fees apply for academy registration:

| Monthly Training Fee | R500.00 | Minimum of 16 hours of training per month |
Payment Terms: All fees are payable via debit order. The initial Registration Fee is deducted with the first monthly payment. Monthly training fees are deducted on the selected debit day each month.
4. Commitment Period
By registering with Black Leopards Academy, you commit to:
- A minimum registration period of one (1) year
- Attending at least 70% of training sessions
- Complying with all academy rules and regulations
- Providing timely updates for any changes in personal or medical information
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration is subject to the following terms:
- You may cancel within 7 days of registration without penalty
- After 7 days, a premature release penalty applies based on remaining contract period
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the academy administration
- Players attending less than 70% of sessions may be expelled with applicable penalties
6. Medical Information
Accurate medical information is required for all players:
- Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions and allergies
- Medical aid information should be provided if applicable
- Consent for emergency medical treatment is required
- Players must be medically fit to participate in football activities
7. Communication
Registered players and parents must:
- Respond to all academy communications in a timely manner
- Provide current contact information and update any changes
- Check the S2S program regularly for updates and announcements
8. Changes to Registration
Any changes to registration information must be submitted in writing to the academy administration. This includes:
- Changes to contact information
- Updates to medical information
- Changes to payment details
- Requests for temporary leave or schedule adjustments
