Terms and Conditions

1. Registration Commitment

1.1 Once this contract is signed, a player remains registered to the Academy for one (1) year.

1.2 If you choose to cancel the agreement, you must notify the Academy within 7 days of signature to avoid penalties.

1.3 After the 7-day period, standard cancellation terms apply as outlined in Section 5.

2. Exclusivity

2.1 Players are not permitted to contact any other Academies or Clubs during the initial 7-day period, nor throughout the agreed registration period.

2.2 Any breach of this exclusivity clause may result in immediate termination of the agreement with applicable penalties.

3. Behavior Standards

3.1 Players must maintain standards of behavior set out by our Academy at all times.

3.2 The Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel players for misconduct, with no refund of fees.

3.3 Players and parents/guardians must treat all staff, coaches, and other players with respect.

4. Communication

4.1 It is compulsory that the parent/player responds to any communication through the S2S program.

4.2 Deadline dates for confirmation of attendance will be communicated through the player's Head Coach.

4.3 Failure to respond to communications may result in suspension from training sessions.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 The amount indicated (R500.00) will be deducted monthly during the course of this contractual agreement.

5.2 Should your Debit Order return unpaid, the full amount plus Interest of 2% will be due each time.

5.3 Three consecutive failed debit orders may result in suspension from training until payment is made.

6. Attendance Requirements

6.1 Players must attend at least 70% of the training sessions.

6.2 Should any player attend less than 70% of the training sessions, such player will immediately be expelled from the Academy.

6.3 The parent will be liable for the allocated cancellation penalty fee in case of expulsion due to poor attendance.

7. Release Policy

7.1 There is a premature release penalty applicable when players request to be released before the expiration of their contract.

7.2 The release penalty will be calculated based on remaining contract period at 50% of outstanding monthly fees.

7.3 Release requests must be submitted in writing to the Academy Director.

8. Medical Consent

8.1 I consent to my child receiving any medical treatment that the Football Coach reasonably considers necessary or desirable during participation in the Programme.

8.2 Parents/guardians must ensure all medical information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

8.3 The Academy is not liable for any medical conditions not disclosed during registration.

9. Liability

9.1 While all reasonable care is taken, the Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training or matches.

9.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is medically fit to participate.

9.3 The Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

10. Media Release

10.1 The Academy may use photographs or video footage of players for promotional purposes.

10.2 If you do not wish your child's image to be used, you must notify the Academy in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11.2 Significant changes will be communicated to registered players and parents.

11.3 Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

12.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
